Terms of Use

These terms of use apply to the use of the JGA Bingo web application (the "Service"), operated by Kevin Kerkhoff.

The Service enables organizers to create digital bingo games for bachelor(ette) parties. Guests join via a QR code or link and receive an automatically generated bingo card. Progress is synchronized in real time between all participants during the game.

Organizers need an account with a valid email address. You are required to provide truthful information and keep your password confidential. Guest players can participate without registering.

Custom task texts and game content must be family-friendly and must not contain offensive, discriminatory, unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of third parties. We reserve the right to remove such content and suspend accounts in case of violations.

Tasks suggested by the AI are generated automatically. Organizers are responsible for reviewing suggestions before use and not including unsuitable content in their game.

We strive for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee 100% availability, in particular during maintenance work or disruptions outside our control.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

Paid add-on features (e.g. premium per event, annual subscription) are not yet active as of now. Once available, the prices and payment terms communicated at that time apply in addition to these terms of use.

You can have your account deleted at any time via your account settings or by emailing us. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in case of serious or repeated violations of these terms of use.

We may update these terms of use as needed, for example when new features are added. We will inform registered organizers of material changes by email.

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
